Shipping policy

Physical products are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday at 5am.  All purchases after 5am will ship the following business day.  

We offer free ground delivery which is 2 to 8 days sent USPS Ground Advantage.

FedEx 2nd day is offered for $25.00.  Please note thee is no Saturday delivery and be mindful of the aforementioned shipping times.  Orders after 5 am on Wednesday will ship Thursday, arriving on the following Monday, Etc.  

Shipping Protection Policy

1. Coverage Overview

Our shipping protection covers your orders against loss, theft, and damage during transit. If an issue arises, you can file a claim to receive a replacement or refund.

2. Lost Items

Definition: An item is considered lost if it hasn’t been delivered and lacks tracking updates.

Domestic Shipments: File a claim if there are no tracking updates for 7 consecutive days.

International Shipments: File a claim if there are no tracking updates for 20 consecutive days.

All claims must be filed within 30 days from the last tracking update.

3. Stolen Items

Definition: An item is considered stolen if it’s marked as delivered but you haven’t received it.

Filing a Claim:

Wait 5 days from the delivery date to account for potential delivery errors.

File a claim within 30 days from the delivery date.

4. Damaged Items

Definition: An item is considered damaged if it arrives in an unusable condition.

Filing a Claim:

Provide photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging.

File a claim within 30 days from the delivery date.

5. Exclusions

Incorrect Address: Claims won’t be accepted if the address provided was incorrect.

Customs Issues: Items delayed or seized by customs aren’t covered.

Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery, the item isn’t covered.

6. Claim Process

To file a claim, contact our customer support at hello@lightandairyphotog.com with your order details and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos for damaged items).

Claims are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

7. Resolution

Approved claims may result in a replacement order or a refund, depending on item availability and your preference.
